Waitlist Application

 To be added to our waitlist, you must first submit a waitlist deposit. Prior to placement, you are required to complete an application and a phone interview. Once we receive and review your application, we will notify you via text regarding your approval status and provide instructions for scheduling your phone interview. Please note that all deposits are nonrefundable.
